Completion Outcomes
Each UC Skills course or program records a completion outcome that reflects your participation, whether you met the completion requirements, and your eligibility for any associated credential. These outcomes are specific to UC Skills and are not traditional academic letter grades.
When individual completion outcomes are required, instructors or other designated program representatives must submit them within 72 hours of the course or program end date. The end date should reflect the date by which all required learner activity, including assignments, assessments, portfolios, or other credential requirements, must be completed.
When to Expect Your Completion Outcomes
You can expect to see your completion outcome within three days of your course or program’s end date. You can find the end date in your registration confirmation.
For online, self-paced courses that remain open for extended periods, completion outcomes are updated monthly as learners finish. As a result, your outcome may not appear immediately after you finish the course. All outcomes are finalized within three days of the course’s end date, which may be later than your individual completion date.
