Bearcats Executive Leadership Program
Advance from strong leadership to executive-level thinking. The Bearcats Executive Leadership program is an intensive executive education experience for professionals seeking strategic impact. Through eight focused modules—Authentic Leadership, Coaching, Communication, Conflict Management, Decision-Making, Time Management, Critical Thinking, and Both/And Thinking—the program builds the mindset and skills that support a high-performing organizational culture. Targeted Therapies in Specialty Pharmacy
Prepare for success in the evolving field of specialty pharmacy. This course introduces learners to foundational concepts with a focus on biosimilars, neurologic conditions, and inflammatory diseases. Participants explore disease characteristics alongside the specialty medications used to treat these complex conditions. Learners also examine the role of biosimilars in therapy, covering regulatory guidance, interchangeability, and cost benefits. This course is offered by the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy.
